For future improvements with the game I would definitely like to create some more assets and buildings that could go into the levels. I want to make huge environments that the level can be held in, and really bring the story to life with each puzzle. Part of our story is that Cosmo goes on a Morse ships and starts poking around, so it would be fun to make massive ship interiors / environments.

With this I would also like to develop the story a little more and try give a reason as to why these puzzles are in the ship and what purpose do, they serve. Where the alien race communicates in strange sounds, they would use puzzles and massive as a defence purpose, to either keep them safe or to stop intruders getting out.

It would also be good for us to develop the history of The Morse a little more. Where they are an unknown race to the in-game character and to the player; it would be helpful to have that information there in case we do latter add in small hints and bits around each level.

Another thing I will definitely want to work on and improve is the UI that I created. I want to try and go back to the idea of having a holographic menu screen / buttons that the player can interact with. I could also animate it, to give it the impression is a screen being projected in front of the player. Creating the buttons shouldn't be too hard but animating them maybe. I could make short frame by frame animations on Photoshop and then turn that into a gif which would work within Unity.

Joining the idea of building the story through the environment, and making holographic screens, I could teach myself to make small animated pop ups in the background. They could display things like 'Warning Intruder' with pictures of the main character, or they could have funny jokes relevant to alien race.

Where I am able to help design levels, and come up with different ideas, I think it would be good in the future if I teach myself and help Bijian make some of the levels for the game. This then means we can get more done quickly, and he doesn't have the stress of putting everything together. Just like Owen and me working on assets together, we would be able to come up with completely different ideas, or work on bigger things together. Where Bijian thinks very technical and thinks about how the game works he can do more complicated ones. Then where I think more creative, I can work on some more of the simple levels, and try to add in more story elements into the design.

For a first prototype of our game, I think it has been put together very well. Everyone has contributed something to the game, whether it be ideas, designs, assets, character, etc. The team has really come together, and I believe if we were to work on this for another few months, maybe longer we could make something amazing.

Photos are a mixture of my teams and my work, I can not take credit for all this work. See everyone else's posts to see what we've all been up to and I hope you enjoy the journey!
