From the poses I looked into while creating the t-shirts the second pose game me an idea to create a full 3D printable figure of the character holding an object and standing on a stand that could be lightly decorated.

Using Mixamo I selected the Female action pose and adjusted the arm space using the controls to the Right, I then exported this with its skin attached so that I can place it into Maya and adjust what is necessary without ruining the original design.
When I imported the model into Maya I adjusted its pose so that the character is more looking towards the viewer and happily waving. For some adjustments I deleted the space pack that was added to the model as it twisted along with the skeleton and I had also added a pole and moved it into position of how it would lean while Cosmo holds it. To make sure that the position didn’t move I had also frozen all the key frames to make sure.
For the base of the design I tried to keep it fairly simple as the character is the main focus of the design so I had created a standard base with an outer ridge and added a few rocks that will hold the flag in place and add to an outer rocky space surface. I had to make sure that there were no items hanging out of the bottom as it would affect the printing process of the figure.
To add to the pole I have created a flag that will wrap around the pole securely. As this figure is planned to be 3D printed there cant be too many small details as it is highly likely (Depending on printer) that the they will snap off or not be fullt captured by the printers due to its capability.

To make the flag look realistic I have decided to create it in very height poly and by using the sculpting tools I have added creases and bends to make it look like its blowing in the wind or being moved up by Cosmo as if they placed it in the rock.

As on the current design the back pack was twisted and sections of the body is out of place I had gone into the painting skin weights section to change how the different bones affect different parts so that it blends in better with the position.

For the basics of how the character would look i added some rough textures, I would have applied the once that were already created but apparently it wasn’t compatible with this current file so this will be something to look into in the future However, as there is a chance of a printed prototype it could be hand painted using modelling paint.

To fix the issue with the back pack I had imported it from the previous save file so that it isn’t affected by the rig and is attached on firmly to the back.
Here are the final results of the figure, there will be others added to the site from some of the other content creators of figures that could possibly be 3D printed and sold as merch.
