Cosmo Character Texturing

For the character Cosmo I was assigned the task of texturing this model. Samantha created the model and UV's and I used Substance Painter again for Cosmo. The only changes I made was bringing the UV sets down to 2 one set for the head and one set for the body, the same amount as the enemy robot. I had this piece of art to base the texture on also created by Samantha. I kept close to the final artwork with some small changes and additions which the group was happy with.

From the artwork all i could take was colours from it, I still had abit of freedom with the different materials used. I decided to add extra lights and features to the suit. The white parts of the suit I made look shiny and plastic similar to a hazmat suit, whereas the darker areas were made to look like protective layering made out of a metal fibre mesh and a similar material used for the headpiece aswell in white.
